Approach

How STREA works.

Start with what the business is trying to do. Work out what’s in the way. Do that work, and nothing else.

The agency

STREA is the agency you talk to. Studio and Systems do much of the work. Institute is a developing education division.

You get one conversation and, when the work calls for more than one discipline, one proposal. Studio and Systems keep their own identities, sites and standards. They aren’t competing for your attention, and you don’t have to buy from both.

Some people arrive with a symptom: leads that don’t convert, a website that undersells the business, follow-up that depends on someone remembering. Others arrive with a goal: a new site, a smoother way of working, a team that’s ready for AI. Our job is to work out what’s really needed, and whether a website, a system, training, something else or nothing at all is the right response.

Five steps

  1. Observe

We look at the business the way a customer does: the current website, the mobile booking or contact path, reviews, and anything else that’s publicly visible. We don’t claim to know what’s happening inside from out here.

  2. Talk

A short, respectful first conversation to find out whether there’s work worth doing together. If there isn’t, we say so.

  3. Diagnose

Follow the customer’s journey: how they find you, whether they trust what they see, how they inquire, how quickly someone responds, what converts and what brings them back. We go into operations only when the evidence points there.

  4. Propose

One proposal: the outcome we’re aiming for, which workstreams are included, what it costs, who is responsible for what, and what will be tested. It may draw on Studio, Systems, both, existing software, or a specialist outside STREA.

  5. Deliver and measure

We build it, check it on real devices and real paths, measure what changed, and support it at the level we agreed.

What we avoid

Prescribing first

We don’t recommend a website, a CRM, a training programme or an AI agent before we know what the business needs.

Promising demand

A CRM manages leads. It doesn’t create them, and we won’t imply it does.

Selling hours

We describe the outcome, what’s included and who’s responsible afterward.

Hiding the terms

Anything recurring is spelled out: what continues, for how long, how it ends and what you own.

How we use AI

We use AI in our own work for research, drafting, design iteration, coding and checking. A person is accountable for every deliverable. You’re paying for a solution that works for your business, not for access to a tool.

The name

STREA, said STREYA, is the Papiamento word for star.

A star is a fixed point you can navigate by. That’s the job we’d like to do for a business that isn’t sure which way to go.
